Mara Voss
Mara Voss writes and maintains the guides on StealthPeek. The subject is narrow on purpose: how Instagram serves public content, what anonymous viewing does and does not buy, and where the limits sit.
What Mara Voss covers
- Stories and the viewer list. How a viewer list is built, why it holds accounts rather than people, and what a lookup writes into it.
- Privacy controls. Close Friends, hidden stories, the 24-hour window, and what saving a story to a highlight changes.
- Legality and safety. Where anonymous viewing sits relative to Instagram’s Terms of Service, and the survey and phishing patterns that mark a fake viewer.
- Downloads and copyright. What original quality actually means, and the line between keeping a copy and republishing one.
How the guides are researched
Every claim about how Instagram behaves is checked against the platform’s own documentation and against what the current app does. Where those two disagree, or where a question is genuinely unresolved, the guide says so rather than picking an answer.
Some things in this niche cannot be verified at all. A guide that promises a number, a percentage, or a first-hand test that did not happen is guessing, and those claims are left out. What remains is deliberate: statements that hold up when a reader checks them.
Guides are re-checked when Instagram changes how something works, and a page is only revised when its text actually changes.
